Authentic botanical print from 1886, part of the work English Botany or Coloured Figures of British Plants (Volume 12: Cryptogamia), published in London by George Bell & Sons. This historic edition was edited by J.T. Boswell and N.E. Brown, with hand-drawn illustrations by W.H. Fitch, N.E. Brown, and John Edward Sowerby.
The print shows various species of ferns and cryptogamous plants, numbered from 1874 to 1922. It is an original 19th-century engraving with hand-coloring, ideal for collectors of vintage art, botany lovers, or as a decorative piece with historical value.
